We had our Epiphany party again this year at Hornville Tavern for work. It’s always a GREAT time. This year our kindergarten teacher got all us teachers socks for snow days.
What was left of the crew when we decided to take a picture!

Hannah had a gift card from her Aunt Benicia to Hobby Lobby. She decided to go spend it today on some fabric and simple patterns.
Hannah set up her sewing station and has been hard at work.
First thing she made completely on her own…she says it’s a baseball pillow for her brother.
Hannah got a sewing machine from her Mamaw & Papa Pickerill for Christmas. Today she spent some of her money and bought a sewing machine case for it.
Today we all gathered at Rich & Joan’s house to celebrate Christmas. We had a wonderful lunch and a fun time hanging out.
Today we went to the YMI in Huntingburg for the Broeker extended family Christmas. This year everyone brought one quilt that Grandma Broeker had made them and we had a quilt parade. It was so special seeing all the quilts there and knowing this was just a small number of the quilts that she has made for everyone. She also made small quilts for all the grandkids and her own kids again this year. She is such a special lady! A great time was had by all that were able to make it. We had lots of food, played lots of games and had lots of laughs!
This evening we went to Jason & Natalie’s house for an extended Cousin get together. It was so good that so many people could be there and was fun catching up with everyone. I was also excited to get a picture of most all the little cousins together!
I believe the girls are a little out numbered…4 girls & 11 boys
cousins
Late that afternoon we headed to Dale to Ben’s Aunt and Uncle’s house. It was another wonderful Christmas with family!
We headed to my parents house for lunch to celebrate Christmas with them and my brothers and their families.
We got up on Christmas morning and headed downstairs so everyone could open up their gifts under the tree. The kids were excited because we let them head down in their pajamas. We usually have everyone get ready to go first because we always leave not long after opening presents.
I think Hannah was most excited about opening up the present that her brother got her! It was the first gift she opened and he didn’t disappoint!
