Girl's Night Out

Friday night I headed out for long overdue Girl's Night Out at Bar Louie's. We all had so much fun and I seriously can't remember the last time I have laughed so hard!! I can't wait until we all get together again.

We sat outside and the majority of the time we all sat with our legs crossed up in our chairs. There was a little baby mouse that kept running under our table!! We all let out quite a few screams at that mouse. The waiter has named him Louitoulle.....too funny!

Can I just say Hannah just LOVES Sadie!! Tonight (after Bubby was already in bed) Hannah had fun playing and hanging out with her new little buddy.

Kenny Chesney Concert

On Saturday Ben and I went to the Kenny Chesney concert in Indianapolis. We picked up Ben's brother, Mark, in Terre Haute on the way. The concert included Zac Brown Band, Miranda Lambert, Montgomery Gentry, Sugarland and Kenny Chesney. We had SO MUCH FUN!!! I know I went a little crazy with the pics on this post....but I took so many pictures! Lucas Oil Stadium - one word to describe this place -- ENORMOUS!

This sign was hung at one of the "tailgating" sites. I thought it was hilarious. The people sitting with this group had gotten there at 6 AM and had been tailgating all day!

One word to describe the sight of the tailgaters.....CRAZY!

Sugarland - They were amazing in concert. I have a new respect for their music. I'm looking forward to getting their CD now.

Kenny Chesney will not be touring next year and this was his last concert of the season. This sign in the crowd read "Family 1st, Fans 2nd...We'll Wait 4 U. He had a rough time getting through the last song and was in tears by the end.

After a few songs the lights went down...the music stopped....and Kenny reappeared with a Colts ball cap on instead of a cowboy hat. The crowd went wild and he wore it for the rest of the concert.

Visiting the Zoo with Mamaw & Papa

This weekend Ben and I went to Indy to a concert (pics to follow for that soon). Kyle & Hannah had fun spending the weekend with their Mamaw & Papa Pickerill. Mom and Dad took all three of their grandchildren to the zoo and to McDonalds for lunch. I believe they all had a GREAT time! Thanks Mom and Dad for everything!!

After the zoo and McDonalds they went back to Jason & Natalie's house and ended up having a cook-out for supper. I thought this picture of Hannah writing in her notebook by the tree was just absolutely adorable.

Meet Sadie

We added a new addition to our house this week. Meet Sadie. She is a mix of Beagle and Pug and is just as sweet as can be. The kids are so excited to finally have a dog. We are still on a "trial" basis with the dog; however, she is working out well with us so far. Sadie was abandoned by her previous owners, so we feel blessed to be able to give her a loving home. Sadie fell asleep while watching TV with Kyle tonight. She loves to have her belly rubbed. Kyle rubbed her belly until she fell asleep.

Hannah had fun running circles with Sadie. She'd say let's run Sadie and then Hannah would sit down and say, "Come sit on my lap, Sadie."
