Just one more post of wedding pictures....

O.K. this will be the last post of wedding pictures and then I will post some of our vacation pictures. Hannah loves hanging out with Tammy Hannah looks so serious. There were many pictures taken of the two of them together sitting in this chair. In every single picture Hannah has this serious look on her face.
Here's a smile from her!

Steven & Kara's Wedding

Steven & Kara had a beautiful wedding! Kyle & Hannah also did an excellent job with their duties of flower girl & ring bearer. They looked so cute walking down the aisle together. I've posted a few pics. I will post more later.

Am I beautiful or what??

Hannah missed out on the wedding rehearsal because she was sick. By morning she thankfully was feeling much better. She was such a good girl while getting her hair done. It only took 4 suckers. She had her Bride Bunny sitting with her that Uncle Steven & Aunt Kara got her for being in their wedding.

Havin' Fun with Uncle Adam & Aunt Benecia

Adam & Benecia were in this weekend. Adam had plans in town on Saturday and Benecia on Sunday. So, we got to enjoy their company separately all weekend. Saturday we ran around and did things with Benecia. Benecia was very brave. She took Kyle for his first trip to Toys 'R Us. Of course, she didn't make it out of there without a Transformer for Kyle and a My Little Pony for Hannah. Kyle also got to go to his favorite restaurant, Pizza Hut and to Cold Stone Creamery for icecream. We threw in some shopping, too. When I asked him what his favorite part of his day was, he replied, "Going to Toys 'R Us and getting spoiled!" Adam came over on Sunday and hung out with the kids. They kept him busy....he didn't get to rest for a second.....wrestling, piggyback rides, playing games, reading books and playing outside. He got to do it all! Kyle was quite upset to see Uncle Adam leave. (Sorry Benecia! I don't have any pictures from Saturday.)

I'm Home from Columbus

I just got back from the Midwest Differentiated Instruction conference in Columbus, Ohio. It was a great conference and I learned a lot! I didn't take very many pictures but I've posted a few. Columbus wasn't that exciting of a city for me but we did eat at some very good restaurants while we were there. We were in conferences from 8:30 - 4:15 everyday, so that didn't leave too much time for any sightseeing. This is our hotel we stayed. It was also where the conference took place.
This is me with Rick Wormeli. I was very excited to go to his session since I had just finished reading one of his books. He was an amazing presentor! Definitely one every teacher should get the opportunity to hear. He was also very funny while he presented. At one point I was laughing so hard that I was crying!
This is just a picture that I took while walking back to the hotel from a restaurant. Atleast we were able to park our car and leave it. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.
The whole gang of us that went. Two teachers from Holy Redeemer, two from Corpus Christi, one from Memorial and the two of us from Holy Spirit.

Kyle's First Camping Trip

We had sooooo much FUN this weekend camping. I had forgotten how much fun camping was. Kyle had a blast! Thank you Tammy & Steve for inviting us to go along. It was a relaxing and fun weekend! Here are several pics from our stay at Harmonie State Park. Our camp site
Kyle playing Hillbilly Golf
Kyle & I taking a bike ride together

Daddy & Kyle hanging out at the pool

Just 3 of us.....we missed you, Hannah. (We thought Hannah was just a wee bit too much of an explorer to join us on the camping trip).

Hanging out....Tammy, Michelle and I. It was so much fun hanging out with the girls!

We made kabobs for dinner. They were delicious!
Michelle made her first kabob on this camping trip!

Daddy & Kyle sitting by the fire. Kyle enjoyed eating S'mores!

Kyle & I washing the breakfast dishes

Then, Kyle took over the chore of washing dishes all by himself. What a great helper he can be.

Kelsey & Kyle -- Kelsey, Kyle & Madi had a lot of fun going on their many bike rides.

Steve's cousin was camping just down the road. So, Kyle got to meet a new friend. It gave him a buddy to hang out with. They had fun playing and riding bikes together.
