Camping

Okay.....this post has LOTS of pictures. The kids and I recently returned from Sycamore Springs (Ben had to work). My parents were camping and we joined them for a couple days. We had a lot of fun!! The kids played nonstop on all of the playground equipment, had fun playing in the creek and loved hanging out with Mamaw and Papa. I also enjoyed some quiet relaxation time reading a book.

We went into town for some icecream....yummy!

Hannah's face was covered in blue icecream!

A GREAT day with friends!!

Yesterday we headed over to the Elfreich's home (Steve's parents' house). Our friends from Louisville, Dennis and Kim and their daughter, Emmy were in town. We had lunch, swimming, barrel-train rides and lots of catching up. It was a GREAT day! Thanks Tammy & Steve (& Stanton & Shirley). Group picture

barrel train rides are always a big hit

Kelsey learned to give the rides. Here she is giving Conner & Steve one!
Too funny! When Hannah heard Steve was on the barrel train, she got up and ran to the side of the deck and said, "I gotta see this!"

Emmy getting ready to go for her first barrel train ride. She loved it!
Conner is an experienced rider!

There they go....
